  • 50-minute coaching sessions (in-person, by phone or video conference)

  • Email recaps with session notes and handouts

  • Email/text questions between sessions

  • Periodic phone check-ins

  • Optional grocery store tour and “house call”

Coaching sessions can be what you want them to be and can include:
