For me it all started in a yoga class over two decades ago. Why was I struggling against my life instead of flowing with it? Why did I feel sick and tired all the time?
My transformational journey began. I made the hard realization that in order to heal my body, I needed to make some drastic changes to live more in line with what my heart was asking of me. From the food I was eating, the way I was living and the relationship I was in, everything needed to change. I got divorced, and at the age of 36, I restarted my life all over again.
I wanted to learn everything I could to heal my body, create a joyful life, and help others to do the same. In 2017, I graduated from The Academy of Natural Health Sciences with a 500-hour certification in Clinical Nutrition. Before that, I completed holistic and integral coach training from Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy, and graduated from the National Institute of Whole Health as a Whole Health Coach in 2011. I’ve been a certified massage therapist, and registered yoga teacher since 2001. I was even in the music business in my 20's!
In 2017 I was privileged to become a practitioner at Medicine in Balance working closely with Dr. Wendy Warner, an acknowledged expert in Integrative Functional Medicine.
Now, in my quest to always be learning and growing, I'm currently in training to become a Certified Big Leap Coach through the Hendricks Institute. A truly life transforming training where I hope to pass on the coaching techniques of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks.
The accomplishments I value the most are being wife to my partner of 15 years, and mom to my kids who are now in their twenties and on their own journeys. They are my heart and joy and the reason I strive every day to be the best I can be.
I’m here to serve, share what I’ve learned, and walk with other women on their own healing journey. That’s why I developed my programs to help women navigate their challenges and transform every aspect of their life. Check out my program page to learn more, watch videos & resources here,
