It all started in a yoga class almost two decades ago.
Why was I struggling against my life instead of flowing with it? Why did I feel sick and tired ALL the time?
My transformational journey began.
I needed to heal my body and make some drastic changes in order to live more in line with what my heart was asking of me. Everything needed to change. I got divorced. At the age of 36, I started on yet another major growth journey, restarting my life all over again.
I’m a self-professed nerd about living a healthy and holistic life. I wanted to know and learn everything! In 2017, I graduated from The Academy of Natural Health Sciences with a 500-hour certification in Clinical Nutrition. Before that, I’d completed holistic and integral coach training from Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy and prior to that, I’d graduated from the National Institute of Whole Health as a Whole Health Coach in 2011. I’ve been a certified massage therapist and registered yoga teacher since 2001. I was even in the music business in my 20's!
Menopause presents so many questions, challenges and opportunities.
Every day I get to help women help their bodies do their job in the most natural way. Our female bodies can be complicated as they age and the dance of changing hormones evolves.
My joy is to support my clients to live happier lives in the midst of this major change. It’s a journey I can closely relate to!
In 2017 I was privileged to become a practitioner at Medicine in Balance working closely with Dr. Wendy Warner, an acknowledged expert in Integrative Functional Medicine.
I’m here to serve, share what I’ve learned, and walk with other women on their own healing journey. That’s why I developed my 12-week program “Sexy Vibrant You” to help women like you navigate the challenges of menopause and transform every aspect of their life. It’s what motivates and creates joy in my life.
The ongoing accomplishments I treasure the most are being wife to my partner of 13 years, and mom to my kids who are now in their twenties. They are my heart and joy and the reason I strive every day to be the best woman I can be.
