Meet Coach Kristin!

With over 25 years in the fields of nutrition, coaching, and wellness, Kristin Tomlinson brings a deeply integrative approach to personal transformation. Her diverse background spans clinical nutrition, yoga, massage therapy, life coaching, and mind-body practices—allowing her to support clients through a truly holistic lens.
Kristin believes that wellness begins with reconnection: to your body, intuition, and the energy that fuels meaningful change. Through coaching, she creates a supportive partnership where new possibilities emerge—empowering you to move forward with clarity, vitality, and purpose.
Her journey includes a 500-hour Clinical Nutrition Certification from the Academy of Natural Health Sciences (2017), and extensive training in holistic and integral coaching through Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy and the National Institute of Whole Health (2011). Kristin is also a registered yoga teacher and former massage therapist, and yes—she even worked in the music industry in her 20s!
In 2017, Kristin joined the practice of Dr. Wendy Warner, a pioneer in Integrative Functional Medicine and women’s health, as a wellness coach and nutritionist. This role deepened her commitment to supporting women in all phases of life through personalized, functional care.
Most recently, Kristin became a Certified Big Leap Coach through the Hendricks Institute—a transformational approach based on the groundbreaking work of Drs. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks. As a Big Leap Coach, she helps clients move beyond hidden fears and self-imposed limits to fully express their innate genius and joy.
But of all her accomplishments, the ones closest to her heart are being a partner to her wife of 18 years and a mother to her now-grown children, who continue to inspire her daily. They are her greatest teachers and reminders of what it means to live a life of love, presence, and growth.
