4-Week Whole Food Mediterranean Group

I want to let you know about my Whole Food Mediterranean lifestyle group I'm forming in New Hope. Recent research suggests, one again, that a Mediterranean-style whole foods based diet is the BEST overall diet for healthy weight, better energy, disease prevention and (most importantly) satisfaction. Here is what we will cover:
Week 1: Why eat a Mediterranean-style diet? Learn how healthy foods affect your body, and lifestyle habits that improve health and longevity.
Week 2: All about protein. What it does and how to choose the best sources, both plant and animal.
Week 3: All about carbohydrates. Learn the best and the worst of this misunderstood macronutrient!
Week 4: All about fat. Fat DOES NOT make you fat and plays a very important role in satiety and energy. We will also wrap up with a Mediterranean food share!
